Policies and terms which apply when using SlanemorePlants.ie website.

When agreeing to these terms you will have deemed to have read and agreed to our delivery and returns policy and our privacy policy.


Ordering and stock availability

After placing an order online or by phone assistance you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean a contract of supply exists. Only when you receive a confirmation of dispatch email of your order does a contract to supply exist.

Stock is not recorded in real time, therefore stock the figure on website may not reflect the actual existing stock due to varying sales routes.

If stock is unavailable, we reserve the right after contacting you to substitute with a alternative product or refund the value of the item.



Pricing on the website is VAT inclusive. We reserve the right to make price changes from time to time on any product list on the website. (Pricing errors make occur, if this happens you will be notified and the option to cancel or proceed with the corrected price).



Payment is made by Stripe as indicated on the website at the time of order confirmation.


Click&Collect/ Delivery to Collection Points

You the client will select your most convenient collection store from collection points listed on the website. We will endeavor to deliver the products within the appropriate lead time of 5-7 working days to the collection store. You will be notified by email confirmation of dispatch to collection store or collect at nursery.

Product is subject to availability. You have a right to refuse to accept products if delivery is delayed by greater than 28 days. In this case any monies paid will be refunded in full.

We however accept no responsibility for losses/damages which you may suffer from the delay in supply of goods by Slanemore Nursery.


Returns Policy

Returns policy is simple. We deliver to your collection point. You are pre notified of delivery and advised to collect within 48hours. If you are not satisfied with the product you may leave those products in store only after

  1. Contacting us with reason for not accepting the product
  2. Sending a photograph to help us in determining the quality issue

We expect returns to be rare and will replace products if we are deemed to have supplied incorrectly.
